Shipping policy

PO Boxes and APO Addresses:

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses due to shipping constraints.

 

Shipping Times:

  • Guaranteed delivery times only cover transit time, not packaging or inventory handling.
  • Most orders ship the same day if placed by 2:00 pm EST; orders placed after this time may ship the next business day.
  • Orders made over the weekend are processed on Monday.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Methods:

  • We use UPS/USPS for deliveries. Packages under 150 lbs and within size limits use UPS.
  • Accurate selection between Business or Residential delivery is critical to avoid extra charges.
  • Claims for shipment issues must be filed within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Items over $10 out of stock are removed from orders and require reordering.
  • Significant delays (over 30 days) prompt customer contact to discuss order continuation or cancellation.

 

Shipping Promotions:

  • Occasionally, we offer promotions for items under 100 lbs that meet size and packaging standards.
  • Promotions are applicable only for UPS Ground shipments, excluding Freight & Truck Line or expedited shipping.

 

Truck Deliveries and Large Items:

  • Heavy or bulky items may require Freight or Truck delivery and may incur higher shipping fees.
  • Free Freight promotions are valid only for items suitable for standard UPS Ground.
  • Important to specify if liftgate service is needed at delivery to avoid additional charges.
  • Additional fees apply for deliveries to residential addresses due to logistical requirements.
