Sales Terms

Purchases, Prices, and Payments

  • Prices and risk of loss pass to you upon dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Published prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping, and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment on open accounts is due within 30 days of shipment.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Limited Product Warranty

We will replace any item proven defective. All other warranties, whether express or implied, are disclaimed. This may not apply if prohibited by your state's laws.

Product details are provided by suppliers without warranties or representations. We assume no liability for the accuracy of this information.

Sales or Use Tax

Applicable sales tax is collected from customers in PA, MD, NY, and NJ based on local tax laws.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping Details

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  • Most orders ship the same day if placed by 2:00 pm EST; orders placed after this time may ship the next business day.
  • We use UPS/USPS for shipping. Select the correct delivery type to avoid additional charges.

Shipping Promotions

Occasional promotions apply to specific items and are subject to our discretion. Items shipped via Freight & Truck Line do not qualify.

Returns

Inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged, report immediately. Items sold with a free promotional item must be returned together, or you will be charged for the free item. Avoid initiating chargebacks before contacting us, as this may incur additional fees.

No Other Warranties

Products and services are provided "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for all uses of the products.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any issues arising from your use of the products or services is limited to the purchase price of the products or services. Some states may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
